Remove the full stop from the end of the link and try again.

Have you tried clearing your cache or flushing your DNS, this issue should not be persisting.

Already tried it using internet explorer, mozilla firefox and google chrome

I'm getting the same issue. Can't access the UCP to create a character. Kinda wanna play today

Others have reported the same problem; It seems this is a global issue with resetting passwords.
