Change master account name [Administrative Request]

I haven't been able to log in because my master account has the same name as my character. I opened a ticket 2 days ago and nothing has yet been done.

I need my master to be changed to Stig.

Well there is nothing we can do as helpers. You will have to wait for your support ticket to be looked at.
