Can't play with my brother

Hello,I've submitted the ticket about this days ago, but no one responded with solution yet. I live in the same house with my brother, and we want to play together on the server, but it seems that we can't because it's only one account per ip adress. Is there any way to solve this? As I already mentioned, I submitted the ticket about it,suggested by the helpers ingame, but server managers don't seem to check it. So I'm posting here to speed up the proccess if it's possible to. Thanks in advance!
