Can't login

So I was playing earlier today, and i had to do something so I paused the game for like 15 min and came back to see that the connection closed. So I quit the game and restarted it, and it kept connecting and re connecting and at the end it said that I was banned. After few tries it stopped saying I'm banned coz once I login the character list doesn't show, it just stays like that for as long as it can be. I reinstalled SAMP and the problem wasn't solved. I really could use somehelp
