Can't log in in game

can someone please help me, I've created a character and was approved but I can't log in in game it says that my character was not verified or something, how could I fix this?

Can you tell us what exactly does it say? Do you have a screenshot of the message? Things like this would be greatly helpful in order to resolve your issue.

You need to log in with master account Name.

Make sure you're logging in with the username you use to log into https://redcountyrp.com/ and not your character name.
