Can't connect to the server

I'm a helper but can't help myself in this sorta thing haha but am I the only one who can't connect to the server?

Everyone has been telling me the server is up but yet it does not show up for me.

I had this happen to me once. Took me a while to figure it out.
I used to have these Anti-Malware programs and stuff, which for some reason happened to block the access to RCRP. Either that or the Antivirus.
Try disabling them if you have any, it might fix the problem and if not, I can't help ya sorry.

I just removed everything I could, But sadly still not showing up on my list.

I tired turning off firewall and everything, Nothing worked.

Try flushing your DNS cache...

Run CMD
enter: ipconfig/flushdns
enter: ipconfig/renew
enter: ipconfig/release

This has fixed it for me in the past, good luck.

Gave it ago, Still did not work. It's only just happened after the server crashed just before.
