Can't choose my character

When I try to select my character, this happens:

Then when I try to access my UCP, I can't because I forgot my recovery question, I have been inactive for a very long time.

This issue is caused by having the same character name as your master account name. In order to fix this you must submit a support ticket requesting a name change for your master account.

But I can't access my master account because it blocks my loging attempt and I don't remember my recovery question.

Contact a head admin or Alec and be ready to provide evidence that it is indeed your account. They should be able to reset the security question. Good luck.
