Can't access UCP/No reply to applications

So I registered on the server hours ago and made a char application. It was on pending. I saw this bar below which stated that I cannot use the UCP until I reset my pass. I did it like 5 times and still the bar is there. Moreover, I strongly believe it is linked to my application not being reviewed, Please help.

The bar will stay there even if you do change the password. So just log in and ignore the bar, if you changed the password already
