In this new forum what things are changed.

They only changed the URL of the forums, as having a different domain for a forum was wasting money. Nothing was meant to change, I believe.
 
The whole forum is new. The last one was on a free forum host, this one is on the official VPS server where the SA-MP server and teamspeak server are hosted. This will be much better as we got so much more features, which the last host somehow kept away from us. This is the same forum software as we had before, it just got more features and we can pretty much edit everything in it.
