Can not log into UCP

Evening, I've just signed up for the server and I can't seem to log into the UCP, no matter how many times I recover my password or anything. I'm absolutely sure I'm using the right password, however it still claims it's wrong, how do I fix this?

Problem solved. Turned out I was using my email instead of my actual username.
