Just be a patient. You are not the only one who created a support ticket maybe. As I know there are only 2-3 admins, who are able to re-view those tickets, so it's up to them to take a decision about it. As jarokee said try to PM Lead/Head administrator IG or in forums. Do not create another threads and just be a patient!
