Banned for failing quiz.

I've been banned from the server for failing quiz (i do 28/30 correct). There is topic "QUIZ BAN APPEALS NO LONGER CONSIDERED" so i cannot make appeal because no chance to unban. Does it mean i've lost my 5 level character forever? And will admins do something to unban players who have at least 27/30 correct or something like that?

You will not be unbanned since the ban appeals for the quiz are closed.You should have taken your time and if you knew stuff about the server you should have passed just fine.
