I believe it's going to be an automated advert every 5-10 minutes to inform players that the business is open rather than a blip on the map.

The sidejob in the businesses will basically be handled by employees, anyone hired as a worker in there will be able to open the business and then /startshift.

I lied - it's up to the players in the business to throw up their own adverts but it's basically the same thing.
