Hello. I have made an application which I needed to reveise it. I submited it again and I have the same message for about 48 hours:
Your application is currently in the hands of an Admin and is being reviewed.
How long I need to wait?

Hello!

This matter completely depends on the Administrators who are able to review the master account applications, it could take 1 hour but also 5 days depending on how busy they are / how many applications there are.
I'm pretty sure if you hold tight a bit longer they'll take a glance at it, if not.. you can always remake a topic here.
