All SAMP servers that are in the hosted tab are being ddosed, regardless if the server shows that it is up or not, just join the server even if it is offline and you should be able to connect.

Ya' all of em' are just to hack in

it's a recurring problem for everyone, you can still connect to the server it just sometimes doesn't show the player list (it also won't show the player list if the amount of players IG is too big for the samp window to show)
it's not an issue i believe
