That's odd... I narrow that down to either your computer, your internet, or your memory stream in-game - do you have problems with your internet or your computer by any chance? What's your average ping when in game?

I don't think it's my computer, but I think it's my game. I does that too on other servers.
My ping doesn't get above 350.

If your ping is anywhere over a hundred you have more chance of that happening; a decent level of ping is usually between 10-50. If you're going into the hundreds that's most likely what's causing your problems.
