(Another) UCP bug

I can't log into the UCP 'cause when I go to www.redcountyrp.com appears this:
MySQL Error 2013
Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 110

I get the same error. I think it may have something to do with the server being offline. When the server is back up, try again.

The master account panel becomes unavailable when the server's SQL is down. Please be patient as the server gets back up.
