I'm unsure as to what the issue may be.
Your Master Account name doesn't appear to be taken so we can scratch that off of the list. Perhaps your MA name is too long? Try shortening it then see what happens. You could also try signing up in another web browser and see if that works.
I'll send this topic to Alec and see if he has a solution, until then I ask that you wait patiently.
