Hi, my account Amy_Vernon (I have been inactive, and I have not registered as a master account yet) is unplayable because, basically:
My brother who lives in the same household as me has already registered a master account. Therefore, when I go to register a master account it says there is already one from this IP. (Although we have individual IPs, on individual computers, we don't play from the same one). So I can't play. He tried to make me an account and link it to his Master, but we can't play at the same time as it 'exceeds the connection limit'.
We were told to ask Alec, and help would be much appreciated.
