Hey, I was banned for around 2 months for my roleplay level.

So, I forgot my in-game password and my UCP username and password aswell.

i can't login into anything, only acces i got is the forums
i dont know my email, any passwords of the ucp and ingame

To start with: Welcome back!

I looked into your previous posts on the forum and found some details that might help you retrieving your password via the website itself.

Your character name is Alex Davidson
Your master account is sh4h33n

To get your e-mail address you can go to the upper right corner of you screen where it states:
Welcome, sh4h33n
Then click on account settings
Then in the upper menu bars click on profile
Then go to edit account settings

It should state your email address used to register on the forum. It might be the email address you used to register your master account as well. Try using these details on the following page: https://redcountyrp.com/password/remind If you tried retrieving your passwords with this information please leave a message with the results.

Thank you for your compliment, I'm sure the other helpers would try to help you as well as they could as well.

If the system doesn't take that email we are sure that it is not the email used for registering that master account. Therefore we need an administrator to dive into the database to search for your master account's data entry and see what email address it is registered.

This means I cannot help you any further and it might take a couple of days for an administrator to be able to find the time to delve into this situation. Just wait patiently for a response and hope they can still find it.
