I was rejected because I have not met the requirements for the server, when I did not really know RP account, now I know.

Reason: "You doesn't seem to meet the server's Requirements."
Sorry, It Was That You May decided not re-Apply in the future.

You need to post a ban appeal here AFTER you thoroughly read through this post.
Once you've read that post, use the format given to you in a ban appeal and explain why you think you meet the server's requirements.
Once that is posted an MA (Master Account) administrator will respond to you. Hope I helped.
