I should be unbanned on the 3rd of July, it's 00:17 here (Netherlands) and I'm still banned.

The server's timezone is different than the one in your country. I believe it's 1-3 hours behind, so you'll have to wait until about 1:00-3:00 to be unbanned.

Same thing here.
Just go to the forum, main page, you'll see "it is now currently 10pm (example)".
So you'll have to wait 2 hours.
