I have been approved for my white-listing and character story, when trying to create my character and putting in a valid name such as David Edwards or Cam Currier my name in bio doesn't work nor when i tried a random name.

Can you give me the exact screen/error message that shows up when you try to create a character?

Also, make sure you include the '_' inbetween the first and last name, eg.: John_Doe and not John Doe.
