[ADMIN] Appplication Issue

I created my application which would be able to enable me to make my In-Game character, but it was denied for the following reason; " I already have an MA ". This is not the case, correct me if i'm wrong; I have an MA, But you also need to apply to be able to create a character. I don't fully understand why it was denied but I believe it was a mistake.

Do you have another master account on the same IP?

A brother or sister or a friend who's registered on the same IP? If so this is the problem and you'll have to get them to create a support ticket requesting for 2 MA's on one IP.
