Can I be banned because a player has hit me with the car and run away, and I continue walking?

Yes, that would be classified as Non-RP of Injuries.

You won't be banned for it but you can certinally be ajailed for it. Same applies if you accidently hit someone and keep driving a cop has every right to arrest you for Hit and Run.
