About my recent donation.

So recently I decided to transfer my donator level to my main account (level 2). Shortly after I did I also donated 10 pounds on the account to get level 3 (20 Pounds in total). However since my first donation ever made wasn't registered I have to contact someone to set my level (the first donation was made before the automated system).

I got the donation ID's of the donatons I've made, except from the first one though which is probably to be found in an old forum post.

I had to do the exact same thing for level 2 as my earlier donation wasn't registered (for lvl 1).

So here I am, still at donator level 2 even though I have donated 20 pound in total.

You have to contact Tommy directly, as only he's able to look up your donations that were submitted before the automated UCP system. This section probably isn't the best way to contact him, I suggest you to do it via an /assistance in-game.
