Ye, you can buy them from a donator who owns them

Yes there is, Infernus' and Bullet's are donator vehicles, but there are few sell-able ones on the server. Turismo on the other hand is not a donator vehicle (but you can set it to be your donator vehicle) because it can be bought from a dealership for 4 millions (But these days they sell for less than a million when a player is selling them). And if you want to buy a sell-able Bullet or Infernus you will need to have several millions because I haven't seen a Infernus or Bullet selling under 4 million.
