But I dunno how eager BobbyB would be to script that, seeing as winter RP is so short.

i reckon hes done the same "concept" with hp cheats etc so it would be easy

Making a script that randomly changes the snow level and kicks people is not a good idea. That would be a waste of time to make considering how little time snow RP actually takes up. Admins here can set the snow level and enforce the rules behind em, even the handicapped admins like @Codac are capable of that.
