Is there any way to set the snow effects and textures to Red County only? I don't like the idea of snow in Bone County which technically is Nevada.

You don't have to take your mod to level 3, just RP accordingly.

I mean you can even have the mod off, or uninstalled. Just RP accordingly to the things that are written in the golden book.
