Please don't let this to discourage you from re-applying again. You're new and let me tell you, some of us "senior" players have also had to submit more applications in order to get accepted. Make sure to follow the rules for applying and you shouldn't have an issue. On your screenshot, it says that your third application is still not answered, so please wait for the answer.
If you have any other questions regarding this, do not hesitate to open another help thread.
