Damn, sounds great! If you really get half of the price on any car, some carprices like for example the Phoenix will rise!

That's one of the best additions, indeed and it's only fair to receive fifty percent of its original value.

Oh man I'm so sorry I didn't add a prison. There's always someone who will whine because something they wanted didnt get addd, even if these a metric ton of other things in the update. Sorry you didn't get your beloved "prison"

The plan was to implement the new county jail in a revision quickly after the update was released because it was already too big and taking too long. I don't think it will be much longer until it's actually implemented.

The casino needed a lot of work doing for it and was not a priority in this update, however the games are half done so maybe in the future it could get finished off and added.
