Weird shading on vehicles with SkyGFX

my car textures have weird shadows on them that makes the whole thing way darker than it should look, any suggestions?

SkyGFX comes with skygfx1, 2 and 3.ini which are all different and you change it with F10
Try Brian's solution, if it doesn't work, edit the .ini files but make sure you make a backup file as well, it's not that hard as all of the lines are self explanatory
