It's working for me. I wanted it so badly, I decided to delete whole GTA:SA directory. And re-installed GTA:SA and snowmod, then it worked

Does Mirror 3 CTRL option work?

The three first mirrors contains texture files for the snowy ground and roads. If you want to download the CLEO mod which creates the falling snow then you need to download it here:

I have no problems with it on level 4 no matter where I drive, towns or open areas. It's probably just your computer struggles to run it, mate. You could always switch it to like 3 and RP it as 4.. You know? If it helps out your FPS. Low FPS isn't a fun thing to play with xP

The thing is, it drops from 60 to 30 a lot, but only on Level 4.
It doesn't go below 30.

What I mean is it normally runs at 60fps while doing crap like driving around in BC and stuff.
But when I have level 4 on, and only level 4 it drops to 30 a lot, and then goes up to 60 again, and then goes down.
