Vehicle issue?

It happened to me as well, when I was more active and didn't have SA:MP Addon.
Possibly caused by a specific vehicle ID in the area, but I highly doubt it is a server issue, more likely to be a SA:MP issue. Although I encountered it in 0.3.7 so unsure. It might have been unnoticed by the SA:MP team.
My only advice is to install SA:MP Addon and see if it still comes up.

The tow truck bug comes up in the addon. It's just a SAMP bug, an object glitches and you can't change that.
IMPORTANT EDIT: I found it! It is caused by the lights. It also happens in other servers for me. Rn I turned my mouse around and just saw the LIGHTS of a Blista, the glitch happened. When it moved away a bit the glitch disappeared. So it's a game bug and we can't do nothing to fix it.
