"Unable to Execute" SAMP

Hey guys.

I recently built a new PC. I installed a seperate 4TB hard drive in it to hold all my games and seperate info on it.

I reinstalled GTA SA, with no launch problems.

I have installed SAMP to the same directory folder, and it gives me this error when I attempt to launch the RCRP server

Now. I have a separate disk drive specifically for my games and other gaming accessories (Shadowplay, lightshot, ect.) Which is not my C drive (it's actually my E drive). The game itself, and SAMP are located in the same folders, per usual.

Try other gta_sa.exe and deleting gta_sa.set from My Documents

Disable run as admin and compatibility in gta_sa.exe's properties.

run gtasa exe /and/ samp both as an administrator

Try disabling run as administrator as it mostly happens because of it.
