Two questions regarding the server

1. Can an admin take actions in situations where he is involved in?(ajail I mean)
2. Is skipping crashes injury RP during a pursuit allowed?

Yes,
- An admin can intervene and issue administrative punishments if they think that the server rules have been violated.
- You shouldn't really be skipping injury rp due to the crash / accidents. Again, it is considered as violation of server rules. However if the crash is as simple as you running into a breakable fence, then you don't have to execute detailed rp in that case.

An administrator can issue a punishment at any time they see fit so long as they can justify it.

In terms of roleplaying during pursuits, you must roleplay everything. Nobody really minds like Frenzy said regarding breakable objects unless you're hitting them at a particularly high speed or they cause you to then hit something else.
