Trailer bars, has anything changed?

A couple of years ago I was interested in setting up a bar ran out of a trailer, back then the laws and regulations sadly didn't allow such a thing to be done legally. Has anything changed that might make this possible?

That is very good to know, is the alcohol licensing and fire act in service currently and should I register for those?

IC licensing is not currently functional and it's up in the air when it would restart and what form it would take. Some of these laws are simply outdated.
