Texture Glitch?

So I recently reset my laptop to factory settings, now a lot of my textures, including lights have this weird black stripe. Any idea how to fix it?

Ehhh... video driver update? Tbh I've never seen anything like this before but my guess is if you touched your laptop settings then that's where you gotta start looking. You're sure GTA is using the dedicated GPU and not the integrated CPU graphics unit?

Try installing Silent Patch, make sure your resolution is set on 1920x1080x32 not 1920x1080x16.
