Taking over someone else's MA.

My friend gave me their "MA" so I could play on RCRP a few months ago, now I'm finally getting around to doing so. They said that I should read the rules and note that obviously, I didn't pay for it.

I talked with a helper in-game and they told me I need permission. I don't know the website, so I just am asking here.
 
In my non-expert opinion;

This isn't (typically) allowed because you're bypassing the requirements for creating a new account, when you're in fact a new RP'er.

You're avoiding the character creation/quiz/screening portion of the MA.

I mean it's possible the Administration team could make an exception, but I don't think this is allowed.

Well, I'd be more than happy to take the quiz... Don't know if there's any way I could do that.

However, I assure you, I think my roleplay knowledge is sufficient enough. While this is my first time back to SAMP in three years, I do have experience.
