I doubt I'll have any impact on how the government is going to handle these license requests, although I appreciate the support. I gues I'll just enjoy looking at the interior for a while and change it into something else or something.. no idea really.

No problem at all, the interior kind of bankrupted me but I gues with some time in the server I'll be up and running soon again. You only tried to help, that's not something I can be angry about haha.

It's the Govt, not the courts. The Department of Licensing is a seperate subsector. People irl can't run a bar without these licenses, you have millions of licenses in the real world, even music licenses. None of which can be obtained from a personal address.

Yes but there’s a limit to how much realism can be achieved on the game before it just becomes overly limiting - in real life you don’t tend to have inactive people hoarding businesses they don’t open. Plus in reality he’s converting a house/trailer, admins just won’t change a name that easily. Since the government are such fans of applications, perhaps a change of use or similar or planning application for such a change would be beneficial in these situations, if an application is insisted on.

Hey there. Realistically, you wouldn't turn a trailer that you'd reside in into a bar and sell alcohol to the public. You can always come to me and voice your opinion as I'm up for adjustment in the department, instead of spreading it on separate topics! Thanks.
