[Solved] The Server is Down? or My problems :/

Its always restarting and shit.

These are the last 3 crashes:
Sun Nov 21 12:51:48 CET 2010 :: Server not running (possible crash), restarting.
Tue Nov 23 09:13:55 CET 2010 :: Server not running (possible crash), restarting.
Thu Nov 25 14:26:31 CET 2010 :: Server not running (possible crash), restarting.

The server has not crashed today (26th)

Something happend like 30min ago everyone got disconnected

It has been going on for about 8 hours were half the server will get kicked and everyone else is getting uber lag or completely desynced.
