[Solved] Leading a gang

this question is for gang leaders..
when you are leading a gang,doesnt matter if offical or not,what should i do?
i mean
Find a hood and geting alies with other gangs?
can you give some info please?

If you want to lead a gang, start with an unofficial one, if you do a good job with it, it MIGHT become official. You'll have to make a story and stuff.

1.) Must have at least 3 or more members.
2.) Put effort into the thread.
3.) Show what skins you want, but be aware, you can not use skins other gangs are using.
4.) No FBI/CIA factions.
5.) Please show what cars your faction wants.
6.) No Copy/Pasta! It must be your story, not a rip from another server!
7.) You must have a good post count before submitting a gang app! 100+ is great.
8.) Nothing ripped from Single Player GTA SA, 3, VC, or 4!
9.) Racist factions are O.K. but it must be IC racism, not OOC racism...
10.) Please have a good knowledge of the server's gangs/rules.
11.) It must fit in RC/BC.
12.) No LS, SF, LV gangs, it must be in RC or BC!

are in used?
if not,which city's clothes shop i can buy it?

Yes there is already a gang called "Hillside trece La Onda" which uses the light blue "Aztecs" skins, Why don't you join this gang?

Well first of all, Go to the "Gangs" Section and then to "Hillside Trece La Onda" section, read about them a bit, learn some spanish slangs and then attempt to join.
P.S. They hangout in El Quabderos.

Make sure you have a base story to start off.
Make sure you have chosen your Headquaters correctly, and be sure you didn't choose one that is known for warfare.
Make sure the members recruit suit your type of Roleplay.
Make sure you yourself can Roleplay around your type of gang.
Make sure the Vehicles you would like in case of being selected for an Official Slot are included in the Application.
