I went inactive for 33 days and when I played again my house got wiped for inactivity. I got so mad as fuck and when I went to check who owned it now it showed 'Owned by Silver Trading'.

What does that mean? Can I buy it off Silver Trading or is it just becoming theirs forever?

If it is still owned by Silver Trading, then it is available for purchase inside /properties.
Try your luck and see if you can still purchase it. Unfortunately if it was wiped for inactivity, you cannot be refunded for it.

/houses are the houses that has been put up for sale by players. They are owned by Silver Trading because they are on sale, not because they have been wiped from an account.

If your house gets wiped for inactivity, the only way to get it back is by buying it back. If the house icon at the front door of the property is green. It's not for sale yet, if it's red, that means it is for sale and you can have the opportunity to buy it back.

If it is owned by Silver Trading again, then look for it in the /houses.
If it is owned by someone else, then it is not for sale, but has been bought by someone else before you.
