Server's messing up

Have you tried unstalling the sa-mp client and reinstalling it? This can accrue when sometimes the server information that its giving you freezes, making you think the server is offline when infact it isn't.

You could try 185.198.188.100:7777 it's the IP it gives me when I log in, maybe it will work for you.
