Server empty, won't work?

Alright so..as far as I've heard, the server was down for a couple hours and now is back up but it still is down for me.When I try connecting to it it basically shows that I've no ping on it and there are no players online, what am I supposed to do?

Happened to me too, fixed it by deleting the server and connecting with this IP server.redcountyrp.com:7777
