ScriptHook.dll is missing from this computer

Hey guys.
I recently installed a fresh copy of GTASA and for some reason upon launch I get this message.

After installing SAMP Addon, I still get the message but samp_debug.exe works and I can run around and spawn vehicles and shit, whereas before It would just blackscreen and not work at all.
Any suggestions?

It might give you some other problem notification after putting it on, if that happens then i dunno.

Dlls are code library files usually. Sometimes they don't come with the program and they rely on your Visual C++ Redistributables on your computer but it's hard to tell which version has what. When you get the file place it in system32 or in the GTASA folder.
Not sure what it does but I can guarantee it has functionality that is omitted in the debug version and sooner of later you'd have found out what it is.

Everything works exactly as it should, SAMP and everything, I just get this message for no reason.

I threw it in my GTASA root folder and it works flawlessly.
This can be locked.
