SAMP crahses without any error

Might sound stupid but worth a shot, have you tried deleting gta.set from your user files? (My Documents)

So from what I understood, is even when you previously had a clean GTA file (With no ENB etc.) it was still crashing at startup?

I had this issue, white bar kept going halfway. Literally had to reinstall multiple times and it magically started working man. I think it’s one of these GTA SA doing whatever it wants.

Remove all Stream Memory related files and make sure your vorbis files are original.

You don't even need streammemoryfix anymore, it's already within SAMP. Delete your gta_sa.set from your userfiles also. Attempt to install this mod here: https://gtaforums.com/topic/760017-samp-addon/ as many people report that it helped them with this probelm.
