SAMP crahses without any error

So, I just bought this laptop a few days ago. Downloads gta as and installed samp, started up red county the client launches but crashes right after showing the first SAMP logo to desktop without any error at all. I had to change the compatibility settings to windows 92 /me for the game to work but now it lags like a bitch. I've looked around on google and couldn't find anything useful if yall know how to fix it please let me know!

It could be your gtasa.exe, try downloading one and launching the game again.
