samp-addon is bugged
just delete it or use a older version

@KEVIN_ which version of SAMP addon are you currently using? I use 2.4 and everything works perfectly for me.

Edit: I have a few things disabled inside of SAMP addon as well, not to sure if it makes a mega difference since I've never played around with it too much.

Yes, the latest SAMP Addon update reverts the change described because a large number of servers were not implementing code that would have worked as a workaround for /blindfold.

Same thing happened to me and I actually fixed it yesterday. Use this version and it should fix your issues.
