In the rules it states:

It has been decided that all possbile RCRP related Accounts cannot be shared between players (Master/Forum/Discord/Teamspeak). Your Accounts are for you, and you alone. You are also limited to only one Master/Forum/Discord/Teamspeak Account. Multiple Forum accounts are allowed in specific cases with permission.

Where do I get that permission? I got a cousin that is visiting me and he's staying in my place for a month or two. He'd like to play RC-RP so who do I PM for a request?

Get in touch with an administrator, get into voice chat, you, your cousin and the admin to prove you ain't the same guy and that's it. Support tickets should work, or you could just get in touch with one in Discord.
